As our Senior Experience Research Consultant on our Consulting Services team, you will act as a trusted advisor and research expert, helping clients embed experience research into their organizations via UserTesting. You will guide customers in developing scalable research strategies, driving adoption, and surfacing meaningful insights that influence critical business decisions.
At this level, you will lead complex research initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and enhance research operations for top brands. You will work closely with both our customers and internal teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from UserTesting, establishing best practices and embedding research within their workflows.
