We are seeking a Senior Research Business Manager to support vital research and financial operations. In this remote position, you will implement procedures, utilize sound judgment to communicate and guide staff and faculty, and demonstrate expert knowledge in research administration, organization policies, procedures, and systems. Key responsibilities include:

1. Oversee financial management for research portfolios, including approving reports and analyses.
2. Develop budgets and manage resource allocation for projects.
3. Coordinate complex proposal submissions and manage extramural funds.
4. Guide personnel actions, facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and staff support.
5. Assist in departmental business activities and ensure compliance with institutional requirements.
6. Provide management and leadership, including coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications:
