The Research Division of the Michigan Court of Appeals is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Senior Research Attorney. Reporting to a Research Supervisor, the primary responsibilities for this position include:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of Michigan. Three or more years of experience in the practice of appellate law, either private or public sector required. Current or prior Court of Appeals experience preferred.
Cadillac Place, Detroit, MI. At present, the Research Division offers a hybrid work option, allowing employees to work remotely up to three days a week. The candidate selected for the position must reside in Michigan after acceptance of employment.
