Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Research Analyst for its Youth & Adult Education Portfolio. This on-call remote role involves applying academic knowledge and professional experience to studies in K-20 education, substance use prevention, and other social programs for federal, state, and nonprofit clients.

You will develop and implement research and evaluation plans, analyse data, contribute to technical reports, review work for quality, and support proposal efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, public health, sociology, psychology, public policy, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection, research analysis, and/or program evaluation.
• Expertise with SAS code.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass SF-86 background check.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of research and evaluation plans with designs and mixed methods.
• Develop and implement analysis plans for qualitative and quantitative data.
• Contribute to technical reports for researchers and practitioners.
• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of work products before submission to client.
• Develop SAS code for longitudinal projects and review existing code.
