What We're Looking for:

We are seeking a personable and intellectually curious Senior Research Analyst with expertise in AI/ML to lead research initiatives and shape compelling conference programming. This role sits at the intersection of emerging technology and strategic content development, contributing to both thought leadership and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on trends, use cases, and applications of AI/ML in the built environment
• Produce research reports, specialty reports, and custom reports for clients
• Monitor regulatory developments, technological advancements, and industry adoption
• Conduct interviews with industry leaders and technology experts to inform insights
• Develop and promote benchmarking surveys focusing on AI/ML application and adoption in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries

Conference Programming & Content Development:

• Design conference programming that aligns with key AI/ML themes, emerging topics, and audience needs
• Identify and invite high-caliber speakers, including industry practitioners, researchers, and innovators
• Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to ensure content quality and relevance
• Moderate sessions and support on-site or virtual event delivery as needed

Thought Leadership & Collaboration

• Contribute to editorial calendars and content strategy discussions
• Represent the company in briefings, client presentations, and public forums
• Partner with advisory and business development teams to inform service offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional experience in research, consulting, or content strategy with a focus on AI/ML or emerging technologies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, applications, and industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for innovation and next-generation technology
• Self-starter and team player
• Experience in event programming, speaker recruitment, or industry engagement is an asset
