Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in research administration.
• Professional certification such as CRA, CPRA, or CFRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pre-award proposal development and budget planning for complex sponsored programs.
• Manages post-award administration, including award setup, monitoring, and reporting.
• Delivers education and outreach to faculty on research administration best practices.
• Leads process improvement and compliance initiatives for SOM research administration.
• Partners with SOM leadership to identify needs and implement scalable solutions.
