Job summary

ASI Government seeks two senior Requirements Subject Matter Experts to support a high-visibility USSF mission at the Pentagon focused on weapon-system infrastructure and basing. You will translate complex mission needs into executable infrastructure requirements and partner with senior stakeholders across headquarters, program offices, and operational commands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight or more years of relevant Federal Government or Department of War experience in requirements development, capability development, infrastructure planning, basing, or related mission support.
• Direct USSF, Air Force, Space Force, or National Security space experience with weapon or defense systems and their associated ground and infrastructure dependencies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, prioritization, and traceability of weapon-system infrastructure and basing requirements.
• Translate mission concepts, system architectures, readiness needs, and sustainment dependencies into actionable infrastructure requirements.
• Assess infrastructure gaps, inform basing decisions, and guide cross-functional teams through complex actions from definition to resolution.
• Facilitate senior-level working sessions and deliver clear, decision-ready products while strengthening repeatable requirements processes.
