Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in requirements engineering or related field.
Experience in government or defense contracting is preferred.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements for complex projects.
Analyze and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Ensure requirements align with business objectives and are feasible for implementation.
Conduct requirement reviews and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
Maintain and update requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful execution.
Participate in risk assessments and contribute to mitigation strategies.
Provide expertise on requirements management processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulations and security clearances during the lifecycle.
