Cardinal Health's Customer Order Management team is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and dispute resolution. This role collaborates with Sales Reps, Field Service, Inventory and other internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
We seek candidates who can communicate effectively with customers via email and calls, and who will support both front and back-office functions while participating in special projects as directed by leadership.

Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
Takes proactive approach in preventing customer issues
Communicates with customers through email, inbound and outbound phone calls
Generates customer reports as needed
Works closely with Cardinal Health Sales Representatives, Field Service Representatives, Inventory and other internal departments to resolve customer issues
Responsible for group mailbox tasks and workflow
Participates in and/or leads special projects as designated by leadership
Supports both front and back-office functions
Qualifications
High school diploma preferred
Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking preferred

Anticipated hourly range: $18.70 per hour - $24.12 per hour
