Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Reporting & Data Analytics Specialist to design, model, and visualize data across platforms. You will work with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to build dashboards, and integrate data from multiple sources via APIs with Bearer tokens and OIDC.

Collaboration with stakeholders will translate requirements into scalable solutions leveraging Databricks. Ideal candidates have strong SQL, experience with Databricks, and proficient English (B2+).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with APIs and authentication methods (Bearer token, OIDC).
• Git-based workflows and GitHub.
• Strong SQL skills and data integration experience.
• Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• English at a B2+ level.

The role involves working with SAP BI tools, integrating data from various sources, and contributing to modern data workflows.

• Design and develop data models in SAP Datasphere, including both graphical and SQL-based views
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Collect and integrate data from multiple external sources via APIs, handling various authentication methods such as Bearer tokens and OIDC certificates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization across reporting solutions
• Work with modern data platforms such as Databricks for advanced data engineering and analytics use cases
• Develop scripts and automation using Python for data processing and integration in Databricks environmentUse version control and collaborate on code and assets via GitHub

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and reporting
• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows using GitHub
• Solid understanding of SQL
