  • Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities and risks, translating insight into clear recommendations that support better business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Group and Business Units to define, measure and align key performance indicators, ensuring performance is understood and acted upon consistently.
  • Drive the adoption of self-service reporting and analytics tools, enabling teams to independently access reliable insights and make data-led decisions with confidence.

  • Continuously enhance reporting capabilities, data quality and user experience to strengthen performance visibility and maximise business impact.
What You’ll Bring

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with experience delivering reporting transformation, automation or analytics innovation initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Empower colleagues across the business with trusted, accessible insights that enable faster, more confident decision-making and improve understanding of performance.
