Job summary

WITF in Central Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Senior Reporter to join our collaborative, multimedia newsroom. You will report daily across digital, broadcast, and audio, digging deeper, asking better questions, and mentoring a growing team.

You’ll identify local issues, edit and coach reporters, and collaborate with editors and partners to expand regional coverage and engage the community at live events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional journalism experience.
• Exceptional reporting, writing, editing, and interviewing skills.
• Strong news judgment and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience working across digital, radio, and other emerging platforms.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for impactful, community-focused journalism.

Responsibilities
