Job summary

Carhartt, Inc. in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Sr. CCG Replenishment Planner to optimize inventory by size-level replenishment strategies.

You will analyze historical sales, forecast demand, and coordinate with Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Supply Planning, and Analytics to ensure the right products are in the right sizes, locations, and quantities throughout the product lifecycle. This remote role requires 5–7 years in planning, strong communication, and advanced MS Office and planning tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of planning or forecasting experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and planning software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate Planner/Sales partnerships to understand future demand expectations.
• Develop and manage replenishment plans that optimize inventory productivity while supporting sales, service, and financial objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, sell-through, and in-stock performance.
• Determine replenishment quantities based on demand, inventory targets, lead times, and supply constraints.
• Recommend replenishment strategies for the Distributors business by style/color/size.
• Identify inventory risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Recommend adjustments to improve size availability and reduce stock imbalances and work with supply planning partners to mitigate.
• Monitor size-level inventory performance throughout the season.
• Evaluate new product size performance and refine future size curves.
• Create new processes that lead to efficiencies in identifying and mitigating size gaps.
• Execute the size-level forecast for SanMar (largest Distributor). Partner with Sales and external partners to understand trends and future inventory requirements to satisfy service levels.
• Coach, inspire, guide, and develop planners; create an environment that supports and rewards strong performance and professional growth.
• Lead change to enhance and develop more efficient/effective best practices and processes that support our targets/goals.
