Qualifications

• 7–12 years of progressive experience in renewable energy project development or related management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification and feasibility assessments for utility-scale projects.
• Own permitting across local, state and federal jurisdictions; maintain senior-level relationships.
• Negotiate with landowners, utilities, municipalities and government stakeholders; close site control agreements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and executive reporting; drive cross-functional accountability.
• Lead financial modeling, funding strategy, and negotiation of PPAs and interconnection agreements.
• Serve as senior liaison across engineering, environmental, legal and finance teams; mitigate risks.
• Represent the company at hearings, community meetings, regulatory proceedings and industry events.
• Monitor market, policy, and technology trends; translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Oversee pre-construction handoffs and ensure documentation integrity for delivery teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff; build team capability and knowledge sharing.
