Qualifications

• 3+ years in workforce development, job development, or related field with commitment to advancing economic opportunity and reducing barriers.
• Proven success building and managing partnerships with employers, contractors, and workforce partners.
• Experience connecting jobseekers to employment opportunities and supporting career development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, remote environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a national network of employers, contractors, and industry partners in clean energy and related fields.
• Coordinate employer engagement for job fairs, hiring events, and workforce activities.
• Provide individualized career coaching and employment support to program participants.
• Maintain career pathway resources and tools to help navigate employment opportunities.
• Track employer engagement, placements, and outcomes to strengthen strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams and Communications for outreach.
