Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of experience preferred in renewable energy construction or related legal matters.
• Experience negotiating EPC agreements for renewable energy clients.
• Strong understanding of construction law, project development, and energy industry issues.
• Active bar license in the state associated with the office location, or willingness to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft EPC contracts for renewable energy projects.
• Provide legal support on construction and development matters involving renewable energy clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals on energy-related transactions and projects.
• Analyze legal issues, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate effective courses of action.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Exercise sound legal judgment in advising clients and resolving complex issues.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
