Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Renewable Energy Construction Associate in Minneapolis, MN. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years experience negotiating EPC contracts for renewable energy projects and hold an active bar license or commit to obtain one.

You will work with the Energy & Natural Resources team, handle multiple projects under pressure, and clearly articulate legal strategies. A JD and excellent academics are required. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
