Providence California Regional Services is seeking a Senior Utilization Management Assistant for a remote, full-time role. You will support the Care Management team in assessment and management of patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure efficient utilization.

Qualifications

• 5 years Hospital, clinical setting or healthcare related field.
• 3 years Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
• 3 years Clerical and computer experience.
• 3 years Knowledge of insurance billing and managed care.

Responsibilities

• Support the Care Management team in assessment and management of patients.
• Perform complex tasks related to team functions during ongoing assessment and management of patients.
• Assist in coordinating care and utilization management processes within the team.
