Job summary

Geisinger seeks an experienced Application Developer Senior to design, develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, APIs, and databases. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation across projects, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality technical documentation and governance.

You will contribute to design discussions, write runbooks, and support post-live operations while maintaining security and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UiPath experience across automation projects.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production automations.
• Strong documentation practices for automation (PDDs/SDDs/runbooks).
• Mentoring and contributing to coding standards and quality practices.
• Experience with SQL, databases, and APIs; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, JS).
• Ability to articulate technical designs and participate in design discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and other approved tools.
• Review requirements and craft scalable automation designs and REFramework-based solutions.
• Develop integrations via APIs, databases, files, and UI automation as needed.
• Provide code reviews, debugging, testing instructions, and live deployment support.
• Monitor performance, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Mentor teammates, contribute to standards, and document approaches and runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, privacy, and data security standards.
