Job summary

Geisinger’s Intelligent Automation Hub seeks an experienced automation professional to design, develop, and support scalable robotic process automation initiatives across healthcare workflows. You will apply UiPath and related tools, following governance, and mentor team members while delivering reliable, well-documented solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensure data security, and maintain high standards for performance and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on UiPath automation development and deployment.
• Experience with design concepts: credential management, queues, logging, exception handling, scheduling, monitoring.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains automation solutions using UiPath and other approved tools.
• Reviews requirements to create scalable automation designs.
• Builds production-ready automations following REFramework and governance.
• Develops integrations via APIs, databases, files, and UI automation where needed.
• Monitors performance, analyzes failures, and drives improvements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
