Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a PLM Engineer with deep experience in Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter to own the technical operation of the PLM platform. You will be responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability, partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure a reliable, secure PLM ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Eng or related field.
- 5+ years of PLM platform administration experience.
- Hands-on with Windchill or Teamcenter in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and operate Windchill or Teamcenter across dev, test, prod.
- Lead PLM upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
- Manage PLM servers, web servers, and database connectivity.
- Maintain HA/DR, security, and audit capabilities for PLM.
- Develop automation scripts (shell, Python, Ansible) to reduce toil.
- Monitor PLM health and provide post-go-live support and documentation.
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous PLM improvements.
