Job summary

Chinook Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Control System Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead OT cybersecurity upgrade projects. You will act as the primary client liaison to USACE and the end client, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across full lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, governance enforcement, and proactive issue resolution to drive performance and repeat business. Remote-capable with travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field.
• Minimum 10 years OT BAS/ICS experience; HS diploma with 15 years experience acceptable.
• At least 5 years of project management experience; 3 years leading people.
• IAT-II certification such as Security+ or GICSP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including WBS, milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify schedule risks, variances, and recovery actions.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, communicating status and updates.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and define roles and responsibilities.
• Establish and manage project budgets, cost estimates, labor plans, and forecasts.
• Track actual costs against budget and take corrective actions when variances occur.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, requirements, and contract terms.
• Implement and oversee project quality plans and deliverable reviews.
• Maintain QA/QC standards including documentation and change management.
• Conduct audits, lessons-learned reviews, and continuous improvement.
