Bright Vision Technologies seeks an OpenShift Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift platforms across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will own the end-to-end platform lifecycle—from provisioning and hardening to workload onboarding and ongoing operations—while partnering with application teams, security engineers, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver a stable, secure container platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelora0s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years operating container platforms; 3+ years on OpenShift.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift internals, RBAC, networking.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, performance tuning, troubleshooting.
• IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
• CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift/Kubernetes with Tekton, Jenkins or Argo CD.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Monitoring, logging, and tracing fundamentals.
• Container image security and supply chain hardening.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end platform lifecycle from provisioning to operations.
• Collaborate with application teams, security, and infra stakeholders.
• Maintain a stable, secure, and developer-friendly container platform.
