Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Financial Analyst to join our medical device manufacturing organization in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on budgeting, cost optimization, vendor evaluation, and aligning infrastructure planning with business priorities across global sites.

You will work closely with manufacturing, R&D, security, regulatory, and other teams to ensure compliant and scalable IT infrastructure supporting MES/ERP systems and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience or a Master’s degree with 5-7 years or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses for infrastructure investments including CapEx/OpEx and ROI.
• Connect infrastructure strategy to financial performance through multi-region budgeting and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate vendors, quotes, contracts, and SLAs to support cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure roadmaps across servers, networks, cloud, and data storage.
• Partner with manufacturing, R&D, information security, regulatory, and other teams to align planning with lifecycle requirements.
• Support capacity planning by identifying constraints, bottlenecks and scalability opportunities.
• Lead planning sessions and risk/metrics reviews to align on infrastructure priorities.
• Identify and mitigate IT risks including cybersecurity, data integrity, availability, and compliance.
