Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Quality organization in a role based in Raritan, NJ, with remote work options in the US on a case-by-case basis. The assignment runs through December 31, 2028, supporting the MedTech Quality Optimize Transformation PMO and related initiatives.

The role covers portfolio management, governance, financial oversight, and reporting for the Optimize Transformation, including cost savings and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, project governance, and cross-functional execution within a matrixed org.
• Strong business and financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills with clear executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Optimize Transformation portfolio baseline with defined scope, milestones, ownership, and dependencies.
• Monitor portfolio execution, milestones, investments, savings, risks, and dependencies; resolve data quality gaps.
• Coordinate with owners and Finance to validate results and reconcile variance for portfolio reporting.
• Develop dashboards and monthly executive reviews showing progress, financials, risks, and benefits realization.
• Serve as a primary contact for BU partners, Strategy & Deployment leaders, program leads, and PMs.
