Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer for a remote contract role. You will work on BIM models, detailed drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination on complex projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional post-degree experience, strong BIM skills (Revit/ArchiCAD), and solid knowledge of Eurocode, ACI, ASCE, IS, and BS. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional civil/structural engineering experience.
• Experience authoring complete civil or structural drawing sets.
• At least 3 years of daily, expert-level BIM authoring experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, ArchiCAD, or BlenderBIM.
• Experience exporting and validating IFC files.
• Strong knowledge of Eurocode, ACI, ASCE, IS, and BS standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine detailed civil and structural drawing sets.
• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Represent complex multi-building projects within BIM environments.
• Export IFC 2x3 or IFC4 files and validate data integrity.
• Support design coordination and IFC workflows.
• Apply relevant codes and standards to practical design work.
• Document design decisions and communicate findings clearly.
• Provide engineering input for AI-powered solutions.
