Job summary

INFUSE is seeking an AI & Software Solutions Architect to guide architectural decisions across INFUSE’s products. You will review internal and vendor solutions, establish shared engineering standards, and help ensure production AI systems are reliable, secure and cost-efficient.

As the sole Solutions Architect in the Software Development department, you will report to the Director of Technology and work across 500+ repositories, including backend services and LLM-based products, with hands-on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with production-architecture work.
• Strong system design for scalable distributed systems with observability.
• Hands-on AWS and Kubernetes experience for production deployments.
• Experience delivering production LLM-based solutions and tool integrations.
• Proficiency in Python/Node.js with ability to work across stacks including PHP.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into architectural decisions, balancing quality and delivery.
• Review code, architecture and vendor deliverables; produce actionable findings.
• Establish shared standards across projects, including security and observability.
• Define guardrails for production LLM systems, including evaluation and cost control.
• Guide legacy modernization, workflow migration and safe transition planning.
• Improve deployment workflows, Kubernetes adoption and diagnostic observations.
