Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM CMS Developer to design and maintain scalable enterprise digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. This remote role requires strong skills in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, OSGi, Sling, and HTL.

You will build headless CMS solutions, integrate AEM with external systems, optimize performance, and support CI/CD pipelines. 6+ years of experience and the ability to work remotely within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe AEM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and AEM architecture.
• Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Hands-on experience with Content Fragments, GraphQL, and headless CMS.
• Experience with Dispatcher, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Build solutions using Java, OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, and Servlets.
• Develop headless CMS solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL.
• Customize AEM Assets (DAM) and workflows.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
• Optimize site performance, Dispatcher caching, and deployments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
