Mosby Building Arts, Ltd. is seeking a skilled remodeler/handyman to support our team across multiple job sites. The role involves performing advanced remodeling tasks, handling punch list items, and assisting Project Managers as needed.

Candidates should bring 5+ years of residential construction experience, proven remodeling skills, and strong communication to ensure client satisfaction and on-time project completion. Tools are self-provided.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in residential building & remodeling.
• Proven, advanced remodeling skills across construction disciplines.
• Excellent communication, organization and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple small assignments across different jobs.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced remodeling and general handyman (SAM) work as required.
• Complete punch list items accurately, efficiently, and to Mosby's quality standards.
• Float from job to job as needed to provide support to Project Managers and crews.
• Source, transport, and handle materials needed for assigned tasks across job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Provide excellent communication to clients.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are handled professionally and completed on schedule.
• Provide assistance and support on any task to Project Manager as needed.
