Job summary

Crucible Zinc seeks a Reliability Engineering Superintendent in Clarksville, TN to lead the Reliability Engineering and Predictive Maintenance teams, ensuring asset reliability and safe operations. You will drive RCM, RCA, and FMEA initiatives, while advancing maintenance best practices.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, process development, and vendor/supplier coordination to sustain high equipment uptime and safety at the Clarksville site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or 10-20 years progressive reliability/maintenance engineering experience in heavy industry.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reliability Engineering and Predictive Maintenance teams within Asset Management.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and integrity across mechanical programs at Clarksville site.
• Develop and implement processes to improve fixed, rotating, and mobile equipment reliability.
• Provide SME support for fixed and rotating equipment to operating departments.
• Lead RCA, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance efforts site-wide.
• Drive PM optimization and predictive maintenance initiatives and data-driven improvements.
