Job summary

Crucible Zinc is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Lead in Clarksville, TN to drive CBM practices and oversee lubrication programs. You will lead the CBM team, collect and analyze vibration, thermography, ultrasound, and motor data, and recommend preventive maintenance actions based on findings to maximize plant reliability.

The role requires 10–15 years in CBM techniques, with preferred certifications in vibration and thermography.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience in CBM Techniques.
• Certifications in CBM Techniques preferred (Vibration Levels 2-4; Thermography Levels 2-4).
• Knowledge of lubrication techniques and strategies; precision maintenance skills.
• Industrial maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBM practices site-wide and coordinate with departments.
• Collect and analyze CBM data: vibration, thermography, ultrasound, motor testing.
• Recommend preventive maintenance work based on data collected.
• Communicate deficiencies and support repair strategies with asset management and operations.
• Drive planning and development of new CBM routes and lubrication opportunities.
• Supervise lubrication technician schedules and inventories; support environmental procedures for used oil.
