Job summary

CAMS, Consolidated Asset Management Services, LLC, seeks a Predictive Maintenance / Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of plant equipment at a coal-fired power facility. You will develop reliability programs, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate predictive maintenance to reduce outages and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, reliability, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in engineering or maintenance experience in fossil fuel power generation or electric utilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reliability programs for critical plant equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance trends and identify opportunities to improve reliability and availability.
• Establish equipment criticality rankings and maintenance strategies.
• Support long-term asset management plans for major plant systems.
• Monitor key work management metrics for PM compliance.
• Manage and coordinate predictive maintenance technologies and data analyses.
• Lead RCFA investigations and apply methods like Cause Mapping and FMEA.
• Provide reliability support for boiler, turbine generator, and balance of plant equipment.
• Develop predictive models and dashboards to track reliability KPIs.
