Qualifications
7+ years in reliability engineering or asset performance engineering in mission‑critical environments.
Extensive hands‑on experience leading analysis for multi‑technology BTM power systems.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to validate designs that meet availability targets.
Develop KPI definitions and report on reliability performance.
