Job summary
A leading investment firm is seeking a Senior Availability / Reliability Engineer to lead modeling and reliability analysis for BTM power solutions. This role collaborates with engineering and operations to ensure designs meet availability targets. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience along with a degree in engineering. The position includes competitive compensation, with an expected salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 plus bonus, and offers a hybrid work model.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in reliability engineering, availability analysis, quality processes and/or asset performance engineering.
- Extensive experience leading availability and reliability analysis for multi-technology BTM power systems.
- Proficiency with reliability modeling methods and tools to set and validate availability targets.
Responsibilities
- Own availability and reliability analysis for BTM power solutions across a variety of technologies.
- Identify single points of failure and operational risks to recommend design mitigations.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action tracking for reliability-impacting events.
