Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead the development of a world‑class Reliability Engineering program across manufacturing sites in the US. You will drive asset criticality, risk mitigation, RCCM practices and Weibull analysis to improve equipment reliability and OEE.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, apply CMMS and SAP Plant Maintenance standards, and mentor teams in root cause analysis and maintenance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes and programs.
• Experience with Predictive Maintenance technologies (vibration, infrared, oil analysis).
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and CMMS.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset criticality management and SAP ranking usage.
• Identify high-risk assets and plan mitigation.
• Establish root cause analysis capabilities.
• Analyze equipment and cost data to improve reliability and OEE.
• Apply PM Evaluation and PM Optimization processes.
• Lead Reliability Centered Maintenance analyses.
• Perform Weibull analysis to guide maintenance strategies.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering on design-for-reliability in capital projects.
