Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Quality & Reliability Engineer to join the Annapurna AI Servers and Systems group under MLA, focused on hardware development, software development, and manufacturing reliability.

You will lead reliability test design, drive improvements in manufacturing processes, and mentor engineers while collaborating with multiple vendors and ODMs to ensure product quality and reliability. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with server hardware, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering
• 7+ years of Reliability Engineering work experience with server compute platforms or on high-tech hardware

Responsibilities

• Define reliability tests to be implemented during manufacturing
• Drive component manufacturing process improvements to address reliability issues
• Perform Reliability prediction of failure mechanisms, products under development and products in the field
• Develop and execute qualification test plans for critical components
• Monitor component specific manufacturing quality trends and elevate issues
• Working with multiple vendors and ODMs to standardize component manufacturing and reliability expectations
• Lead failure analysis for component quality and reliability related issues and field failures (>30 days)
