  • You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together, and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-caliber team that will encourage you to do your best.
In this role, you will:
  • Work cross-functionally with partners in Hardware/Firmware Engineering, Operations, and Support to ensure our customers have a best-in-class product experience.
  • Design in reliability through the product development process and own product reliability modeling, testing, and validation.
  • Set reliability requirements and allocate reliability targets to subsystems.
  • Lead product quality investigations in addition to root cause and corrective actions with internal cross-functional team members and external vendors.
  • Evaluate and investigate defect trends that improve incoming material and outgoing product quality.
  • Identify opportunities for corrective actions and continuous improvement through field failure investigations.
  • Create feedback loops to continuously improve the products in the field and the next generation.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
