Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Reliability Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reliability, product development, validation, or quality engineering within mechanical or electromechanical environments.
• Experience with DFMEA, reliability modeling (MTBF, Weibull, RBD), root cause analysis, validation testing, and accelerated life testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFMEA development and continuous improvement for new and existing products.
• Develop and maintain reliability models (MTBF, Weibull, RBD).
• Analyze field failures and warranty trends to identify systemic issues.
• Coordinate reliability test strategies (HALT/HASS, ALT, environmental, fatigue).
• Support DVPRs and qualification planning.

Job Description:Job Summary: As the Senior Reliability Engineer, you will lead reliability engineering activities across Array Technologies’ solar tracker products, supporting both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering efforts. This role is responsible for improving long-term product durability, performance, safety, and lifecycle cost through structured reliability methodologies, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.The Senior Reliability Engineer will drive reliability strategy including Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), reliability modeling, accelerated testing, field performance analysis, and validation planning. This role will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management to improve product robustness and reduce failure risk throughout the product lifecycle.
