Job summary

Our client, a Cincinnati-based law firm, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

The role involves handling intake, processing, loading, production, and archival workflows, configuring RelativityOne databases, and ensuring rigorous quality control and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency: workspace management, analytics, scripting.
• Working knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
