Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You will manage electronic evidence, leverage RelativityOne analytics, and work with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate and timely results.

The role requires five+ years in litigation support, advanced RelativityOne skills, and strong attention to detail. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure secure data handling and compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience in eDiscovery.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management and analytics.
• Knowledge of the EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, and evidence tracking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
