Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years in advanced application support or similar technical roles
• Strong experience with e discovery and litigation tech platforms (Relativity Server/One, Reveal, BrainSpace)
• Experience with emerging AI and automation technologies
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, ETL, and data pipelines
• Hands-on with Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting
• Excellent problem solving, judgment, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize litigation tech solutions to meet firm requirements
• Lead integration of cloud and on-prem data sources into SaaS platforms
• Provide Level 3 support and resolve complex Level 2 issues
• Collaborate with vendors to align with firm standards and goals
• Manage upgrades, conversions, and enhancements with business partners
• Ensure applications meet security, governance, and compliance standards
• Create detailed technical documentation for configurations and troubleshooting
• Act as a subject matter expert for litigation technology initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotation for operational support
