Senior Relativity Administrator

Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced

Department: Technology Support

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity Administrator to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency in the DC area.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
  1. Support a government instance of Relativity, providing excellent customer service and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Prepare, process, and deliver collections, review cases, and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, and other eDiscovery tools.
  3. Assist in the scheduling of customer deliverables through the internal workflow system.
  4. Provide swift and accurate responses to day-to-day customer requests and support tickets in coordination with other duties.
  5. Leverage Relativity expertise to provide support and training related to case functionality, document review and tagging, database administration tasks, advanced troubleshooting, and consultation on workflow solutions.
  6. Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables through set processes, procedures, and best practices established by the program and customer.
  7. Participate in the development of new processes and technology enhancements to promote efficiency.
  8. Establish, refine, and document processes and methodologies to enable successful delivery and quality control to meet program goals.
  9. Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of technical project documentation.
  10. Establish collaborative engaging relationships with co-workers and team members.
  11. Develop strong partnerships with clients and support Leidos team leaders in order to contribute to the delivery of stellar customer service.
  12. Assist management and customers in other client service tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. U.S. Citizen
  2. Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred).
  3. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  4. Minimum of 7 years of litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support experience, with a focus on client solutions.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
  7. Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the eDiscovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  8. Must be able to work remotely.
  9. Prior work with SQL tables, scripting, and Relativity templates and applications.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Ideally, you will also have:
  1. Relativity Certified Administrator or other certifications.
  2. Federal Agency issued security clearance.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of data management, Office 365, and Cloud environments.
