The position requires regular presence in a PNC location, with some responsibilities performed remotely at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead or support client management activities, developing and executing relationship management plans to acquire and retain clients. Manage a book of complex and sophisticated client relationships and assist in developing team members.
2. Coordinate with team to understand client needs, deliver exceptional service, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings.
3. Grow the book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition, proactively sourcing new relationships and expanding external networks.
4. Manage risk by appropriate client selection, ensuring service delivery aligns with fees, and collaborating with risk partners to resolve client issues.
5. Maintain accurate sales and relationship management documentation, execute team processes, and potentially train or mentor team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; higher education or certifications are a plus.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Preferred skills include client relationship building, financial analysis, and sales opportunity identification.
• Competencies include customer experience management, decision making, communication, and product knowledge.
