Camden National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to achieve personal sales goals and manage customer-facing activities such as new accounts, maintenance, and service. You will build trusted relationships and demonstrate knowledge of our banking products and services.

The role may involve HELOC lending responsibilities and occasional teller duties, within policy and regulatory guidelines. A strong customer-service mindset and two to five years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Two to five years related experience in banking or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Handle customer-facing activities including new accounts and maintenance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank products and services.
• Build trusted relationships with customers.
• Possibly handle HELOC lending responsibilities.
• Occasional teller transaction duties.
• Follow teller and Relationship Banker policies and regulatory requirements.
