You will guide members, open accounts, process loans, and promote OCCU products while resolving complex member situations with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of banking experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess member needs and recommend products.
• Proficiency with banking software and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding member service by greeting members promptly and personalizing interactions.
• Serve as a reliable advisor for consumer and business members and build lasting relationships.
• Acquire knowledge of OCCU's products and clearly explain offers.
• Gather member needs and tailor product or service recommendations.
• Meet or exceed service and sales goals to support OCCU objectives.
• Process requests, review credit reports, and prepare account or loan documents.
• Handle transactions accurately and balance cash drawers and vaults as needed.
