MFS is seeking an Equity Research Analyst to join its investment team with a focus on Real Estate Investment Trusts. The role involves conducting deep fundamental research, developing investment theses, and providing stock recommendations for portfolios.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of equity research experience and a passion for real estate investing. You will build detailed financial models, analyze company portfolios and structures, and present views to portfolio managers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of equity research experience (buy or sell side).
• Strong passion for real estate investing.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop differentiated investment insights from rigorous research.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research on publicly traded REITs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks.
• Analyze company financials, property portfolios, capital structures, management teams.
• Meet regularly with company management and industry experts.
• Generate actionable stock recommendations with buy/hold/sell.
• Communicate investment views to portfolio managers via research and presentations.
• Monitor holdings and real estate market fundamentals.
• Collaborate with analysts and portfolio managers on cross-sector implications.
