MFS is seeking a Quantitative Research Analyst in Boston to join a team of analysts and portfolio managers developing quant/fundamental blend equity strategies. You will lead research on stock selection factors, improve model estimation, and write production code as part of a large $27bn AUM organization.

The role requires strong programming, statistics, and communication skills, with a base salary disclosed and a hybrid work arrangement.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in analysis languages (Python, Matlab, R) and SQL.
• Familiarity with financial data software such as Bloomberg or FactSet.
• Proficiency in C#.

Responsabilidades

• Lead independent research projects to evaluate stock selection factors and improve model estimation.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts and portfolio managers to develop production code.
• Support portfolio construction analysis and backtest investment signals.
• Present findings to Global Sector Teams and contribute to research agenda.
• Attend conferences and monitor academic research for ideas.
