• Develop and maintain financial reports with insights for decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements including reports.
• Analyze historical data to forecast performance and model planning.
• Identify risks in processes and mitigate them.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors during reviews.
• Provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives and KPIs.
• Manage financial projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process improvements via automation and analytics.
• Work with IT to integrate financial systems and data.
• Lead upgrades to scalable financial processes.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, finance and leadership.
• Communicate complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
