What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Participate in the month-end process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
2. Identify process inefficiencies and implement improved procedures for journal entries and reconciliations
3. Prepare service area variance analysis of net revenue rates for Finance and Operations
4. Conduct reserve rate analysis and ensure timely completion of regulatory reviews
5. Produce high-quality analytical results by data mining large datasets and summarizing findings

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in revenue analytics for hospitals, healthcare, or insurance
3. Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using Microsoft Excel and related software
4. Experience with performing analyses, journal entries, and reconciliations
5. Strong initiative and ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Background in preparing and/or reviewing healthcare financial statements
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI and data management tools
3. Demonstrated project management skills leading to successful completion of tasks
