Job summary

MaineHealth Corporate is seeking a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to support MHMG with payor reimbursement projections and reporting. The role also monitors payor performance and provides ad hoc analyses to inform decisions.

The position will assist in month-end accounts receivable analysis and the annual contractual allowance budgeting process, contributing to the organization's financial integrity and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience: Five years of directly related experience required.
• Experience with medical billing, contract management and claims payment validation systems required.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare projections and reporting on payor reimbursement.
• Monitor payor performance and generate ad hoc analyses.
• Assist in month-end accounts receivable analysis and yearly contractual allowance budgeting.
